Lifting children

How long was it before you lifted your child after surgery? Really worried about not being able to pick my son up for weeks

I havnt had my op yet but the surgeon said you should be able to lift your baby but not over your head or to throw them about sort of thing 🙂 xx

Hey hun i had my op 4 weeks ago i have a 5month old son i was the same getting worried i cudnt puck him up! It was about a week till i picked him up. X

Yeah same here I am 11days po and have been lifting my 15month old and taking him for walks etc since about 7-8days po xx
