List of things for hospital & afterwards!

Afternoon boobie sisters!
So i have my op next month im all booked in april 19th! Can anyone give me a breif list of things to take to the hospital? (Im a daycase) An things to have spare at home for afterwards? Is there any specific body wash? I know to buy front fastening tops, dry shampoo, what about deodrant? I like to feel organised!!

My ops 20th March, I’ve brought role on deodorant. Also brought the sanex to wash with day before, a v pillow, a travel pillow thing to support my neck if I need to (from poundshop!!) two front fastening nighties, I’m hoping to get a few more bras, and that’s about it!! Probably some magazines to keep me occupied whilst I’m recovering too xxx

Sorry to jump in on here but I just wondered if either of you were thinking of taking arnica supplements? I’m sure I read somewhere they were meant to help with healing afterwards but not sure if is true or not xx

Thank you demi!! Tracey im not going to take supplements only because i dont really like too, im just going to have lots of protein an healthy food for my healing process! Xxx
