London – Surgeons appointments over the phone?

If you ring the Fitzroy clinic can they tell you over the phone which surgeons are free on certain dates or do you have to go in person?

I’ve had my initial PC meeting but only have 1 week in July to get the procedure and don’t want to waste Mr Marcellino’s time (or mine!) if he can’t do the BA on the date I’m free. Thinking of changing surgeons but don’t know if they will give me that info over the phone!!!!!

Any help would be appreciated otherwise it’s new boobs in 2016 for me!
