Long term weight gain after BA

Has anyone else struggled with weight gain since their op? I’ve gained roughly 6lb since my op almost 5bmonths ago and am really struggling to shift it even after going to the gym consistently for over a month. I also feel bloated now after almost everything I eat. Wondered if anyone else was similar, if it could be due to the implants, or if I’m just being a fatty haha!

I am almost 5 month post op too on 16thJuly . I ‘ve gained 6lbs in weight and my stomach always feels bloated . I ‘ve tried everything to get rid of the extra weight , even doing extra exercise at home after I’ve been to the gym . My friends have complimented me on the extra weight and said I look better ….

Im the same Im nearly 11wks PO and have put on 12lbs! Its really getting me down! I expected to put on a little as I wasn’t able to exercise for nearly 8 wks but not 12lbs!! Im mortified! I eat well and have lived at the gym for the last few weeks but its not shifting at all. It all seems to be centred around my bum, hips and thighs too and my belly is wobbly and bloated. Don’t know what to do!

same Abbie! Bum, hips and lower belly 🙁 I feel hungry all the time too. I wonder if the implants themselves can change our metabolism or something?x
