Hi ladies got few sports bras from M&S
£22-25. Got 36D 36DD and 36E. Op is 9th may eeeek
Thought I’d share these are so soft especially the grey one love it x
Hi Lou! I have a couple of the m&s sports bras and I’ve found them really cumfy. I’ve got a couple of Asda ones too which are good but I don’t think they’re as soft as the m&s ones xx
Which one is it please? I’ve got the Asda one but need some more I’ve had my op today and the Asda one is so comfy lol X
Hiya Lou I tried these bras on I felt them really tight as there high impact I tried on a dd and felt as if it fitted me now and I’m a b, what do you think of how they fit xxx
I have these sports bras! Op in 10 days time can’t wait ? x
@ellao86 I’m feeling ok only a little bit of pain in only on paracetamol so it’s a god job it’s not too bad but mines over muscle xx totally love them though! Xx
Good choice! I too had these bras over two years ago wen I had mine done, they are so comfy and supportive and the zip up front is a god send!!! ?
i love the m&s ones they are so supportive and soft!xx
Probably a really stupid question (!!) but how do you know what size to get?? x
I think I’m going to get one of the cheaper Asda ones until my op is done then get a M&S one once I know what size I’ll be. I can’t afford to be buying 2 or 3 more expensive ones at the minute because I had to pay more deposit than I was expecting ?
I have one from M&S aswell as George & find the M&S ones a lot more supportive, asda one is comfy but didn’t feel like it kept them very secure! Good luck for your ops girls they come round so fast Xxx
I find them so comfy not tried the asda ones . They say go up a back size for your op and the estimated cup size so I’m a 34A/B now and got 36DD D and E bras , if you buy and leave tags on you can exchange within 28days x
Hi girls,
my surgeon told me that having a sport bra after the operation is not enough. It doesn’t have the right compression and support you need. You risk the potential rotation or asymmetry. Not even talking about capsular contracture. If you spend so much money on BA, I think it’s better to pay little bit more for good bra made for post op. care and have a perfect result.
I’ve been advised to buy a bra from http://www.recovapostsurgery.com it cost £60 a bra, I’m going to get one as I want the best result
