Looking for a macom bra please

Hi I’m looking for a macom bra in size large in either nude or black please ? Anyone selling one? Xxx

Hi Hun I’ve just seen a black one on eBay buy it now £20. Hardly used . I was looking to pay cheaper for a used one. And yours is new so I understand you would want to try get your money back babe xxx

My ops next week I’ve ordered some mya bras but they’ve not come yet and a lot have said they can take adgessss to come.. been looking at Macom bras and unsure what size to buy I’m having quite large implants xxx

@claire hi ya Hun . I’m a 550cc at the moment . Having 725cc in January . Macom adjust to your boobs so you have to go by your back sizing not your cup size. You need to always think about bloating/swelling at first for a good couple of weeks so I’d always recommend you go up one back size as don’t want it to tight and when the bloating and swelling has gone down try your original back size on . So For instance if your a 34 back pre op that’s a medium macom then get a 36 macom which is size large once the swelling goes down get a medium . do you see what I mean ? And the actual cup part of the bra mounds to your boobs themselves. Nothing worse then a tight post op bra it’s so uncomfortable xxx

I’m a 34 Hun going for a 36 which is a large then when swelling goes down go to a medium 34. Hope this helps xxx

@claire thank you Hun and my surgeon was Maurino joffily. No your right I don’t find many girls bigger then 500cc with mya ! Your the first 600cc in ages!! Xxx

I have one at XL size hardly worn in black if anyone’s interested.

Hi girls I was currently measured at a 32e before op had 425 cc high profile and the large macom bra was way to small. When I spoke to the nurse at Fitzroy who tryed to help put bra on me said they much prefer the m & s sport bra/ post surgery as they are more fitting and softer on the skin. xx

Hi @katie I had that m&s bra on my last op and 550cc. I didn’t mind it but found it too high up so couldn’t wear any of my tops really ,was thick and made me quite hot and sweaty feeling. Macom is much more accommodating for normal tops as looks like a bra and thinner for sure. That’s just personal preference. I’m going to get a macom this time . I’m going to have 725cc in 4 weeks . Gunna go up a size to allow for swelling .xx

I have a small macom in red, worn for only a day! I just had others that were more comfortable so just can’t see myself going back to it.
