Looking for before and after BA when told bordeline

Hi I have wanted to have a BA for 10 years since losing a lot of weight and a lot of volume. I decided to wait til I had my kids to get them done as I wanted to breastfeed and didn’t want to jeopardise this. Fast forward and I have 2 boys who were both breastfed. I am done having kids now and want my bookies back. I get married July so I was hoping to get in for BA before but the surgeon I have seen said I could have just BA but I’m borderline and. He cannot fit me in before wedding and to be honest I can’t afford the uplift implant option and it means I need a more conservative size anyone been advised borderline and just go with BA and love the results. I’m really looking for before and after pics so I can see what a borderline ba looks like once healed. I’m pretty certain that I will prefer a lower hanging fuller breast, left better than my own but I’m not sure if I should just save and wait and get the full lot?

I was borderline but went for just the BA xx I did have 550cc as I wanted noticeable big boobs ha xx

I though I would have been told I needed one to be honest as my nipples were very low but nothing was said about it and my nipples are much higher and boobs filled out I was pleased because I had already decided if they said I did I wasn’t going to go ahead as I didn’t want the scarring I would maybe get s second opinion 2 just to b sure x x
