Loose strapping/no support

My strapping is coming loose under my arms and it’s slowly loosing it’s stickiness Inbetween my boobs. I feel like it’s not offer much support should I put a sports bra over the top?

Yes chick that the best thing there is only mya that use that sticky stuff on there girls don’t worry to much on it as they will be fine with your sports bra wot u got ? Xx

I bought the asda ones and the ultimate run shock absorber but it’s too small

Hi Hun my strapping has been loose for days rang the nurse and she said leave it where it is and pop my sports bra over if I needed some more support x
