Loosening strapping

Hey lovely ladies, the strapping is becoming uncomfortable now i would like to try and loosen it? Does anyone no what i can use? Xxx

I’m not sure @abbey but mine is like an elastic band with a Velcro strap at the front so u can take it off and fasten it back up. What type of strapping have u got?xx

Oh man i wish i had that mine is proper strong tape stuff… Its horrible? Im bad enough taking plasters off cuts let alone this xxx

Infront of the muscle. Meant to hurt more behind :-$ couldnt cope with that 🙁 cxx

Oh I had behind I hope I’m ok to go back to work next week. I feel like my 13st fiancé is sitting on my chest all the time lol.xx

Abby I took my top part off. And got my macom bra on with strapping at bottom. I just couldn’t take it.

Wish I only had that on lol. Iv got strapping / padding where my insisions are. Then I have my bra on then elasticated strap tight round the top of my boobs under my arms. I have marks where it’s been digging in under my arms :-(. I have to have it on for 2 weeks to push boobs together and help them drop as Iv had unders and to help the swelling. When I take it off tho it feels even tighter putting it back on so just suffering. So u not got a bra on abbey? If I was u I would take it off asling as u have a well gutted bra. U have had overs.xx

I had surgery the same day as you and I’ve taken the top half of my strapping off, it was giving me so much grief, and it’s left me with a line of what looks like burst blood vessels! It feels so much nicer now the top but is off though:D x

How did u get top half off? It seems so sticky? Xxxx

I just began picking at it, it’s SUCH a relief when you get it off, my skin is still a little sore from it though:( it’s left a load of sticky stuff on my chest but I’m just glad to have that stupid thing off haha!x

Ah i cant imagine what its like being taped all over.. my surgeon doesnt use strapping but for some reason he did with me i had it placed under my boobs only and it drove me batty! The relief when it was removed was lush lol.. i remember the nurse used a wipe whilst peeling it so maybe that would help if ur loosening it off x

Just peel it off slowly and I used a wet wipe as it was sticky after.

Thanks girls im so nervous taking if off :-$ i dont even like pulling plasters off lol xx
