Losing size

I’m 3 weeks post opp n love my boobs do you lose a lot of the size as the weeks go on? X

Weirdly I lost a bit of size then suddenly the implants dropped it came back ?? Guessing there’s something to this drop & fluff

I couldn’t understand how they could get bigger
