    18 days po and post op care is driving me crazy. Everything with my breasts is completely fine and i love them. But not being able to go to the gym and go on sunbeds is really upsetting me now. Im so pale and i can feel myself putting on weight every day. Has anyone gone back to the gym as soon as 3 weeks po and done light work on legs only? Xxx

    @opdx1996 I’m 3WPO today and I’m feeling exactly the same!!!

    I don’t even want to go out (apart from work) because I feel horrid.

    I go on walks on my lunch break and had planned to go after work but it’s just too cold! I’m tempted to go back to the gym and try up hill walking on the treadmill but I know I’ll be tempted to do more.

    Glad I’m not the only one feeling this way!

    I honestly feel like shit. I cant fit in my size 6 clothes. Ive put 6 pounds on. I feel horrendous!!

    I’m going to leave it till Saturday, i’ll be 20 days po and im going to have start at the gym again with light work outs

    I went back to the gym and trained light legs 2 weeks after my surgery. My surgeon said it was okay however I didn’t train upper body for 6 weeks. My recovery was really fast and straight forward but I guess it’s all on how you are feeling ????x

    I feel similar tbh…12 days PO today and I do short walks but not much else. I’ve tried to eat well but I feel I’ve put on some weight.

    Every surgeon has their own opinion about exercise, lifting weights etc. Mine said not to lift anything heavy for 1 month but I’m not sure about specific exercises and even then I wonder about upper body exercise. For me, it’s mostly swimming what I used to do and I’m missing it so much already 🙁

    I’ll ask tomorrow during my bandages check about it but I guess it’s normal to feel a bit down. It does take a while to go back to functioning in every sense tbh. My hair has been a mess and my skin is not the same. I’ve had help with baths, hair, skin, etc but it’s not the same than when you do it. Can’t wait to feel a bit better but really happy so far with the results!

    Yeah i’m going to start back at the gym tomorrow with legs. I’m quite happy to leave upper body till 6-8 weeks. I have an active job anyways so i suppose i’m using some upper body that way. Recovery has been really good considering i had an uplift too!!

    I didnt feel like my skin was normal until i could start showing again this week, thank god i can now though! Lol. All the best in your recovery too Xxx
