Lost feeling?

Hi,

Ive not had my BA yet (I’m having it in August) but I’m just wondering about lost feeling/sensitivity in the nipple, has anybody experienced this?
Does it go away or is it permanent?

I had my op on Wednesday and ive still got feeling in both nipples. My sister had and BA 9 years ago and lost the feeling in one nipple for 3 years so i think it just depends xx

I had my op on the 25/4 and I could feel my whole boobs and nipples after the op I’ve not lost any sensation at all 🙂

Had mine 25th/4th too, got one numb nipple other is fine.

Mine are over sensitive I think numb would of been better lol. X

Had my surgery on Monday and the feeling in mine came straight back x

I can’t feel my left nipple at all , I’m 3 months post op , it can take upto a year to come back apparently xx

I’m 5months post op, the bottom half of both boobs are completely numb but I do have sensation in my nipples. I think there’s always a chance of losing sensation permanently but for most it comes back before 12months post op. Xx
