Lump under implant/scar

I had breast enlargement 5months ago, and over the last few days I’ve noticed a lump that doesn’t move but is abit painful under my breast right by the scar

Anything to be worried about ?
Is it worth getting it checked ?

I have the same don’t think it’s anything to worry about just scar tissue but I’m due to see my nurse next week as I’m 6 weeks post op so hopefully she will know x
