Lumpy vein?

My (what I’m assuming to be as I can’t see it being a tendon or something) vein in my arm is lumpy and sore in a few places over about 7cm..I had op 4 weeks ago, noticed it 2 weeks ago but could have been there before then. It only just occurred to me the other day that it’s just above where the anaesthetic went into my arm..normal or do I need to go to docs? I’ve have 2 anaesthetics previous to this and don’t remember having this xx

if your vein had blown it would be a lot of pain hun, trust me haha.
Maybe go to the doctors and ask their opinion? Probably a coincidence xx
