Lying down? Large gap between? Normal?

I’m 3 months post op and I had 450cc overs they were really close together to begin with but as they’ve dropped I’ve noticed when I lie down there’s a large gap between I just wonder if anyone has the same I’m not overly worried as they’re fine when I’m standing and I love them but just for piece of mind really?
