lying on your side – spooning

Hi girls hw soon did u guys start lying on your side? Im just over 2 wks post op x

Personally I couldn’t comfortably no pain till 4-5 weeks :-/ I still get a few swangs on my scars haha boobs weighing down :p are u in pain generally sleeping? And how healed are incisions?

i started lyin on my side about 5 days post op with a cushion underneath my boob and a rolled up towel between my boobs, i started lyin on my side without nethin about 9 days post op, it depends how well u’ve healed so far and whats comfortable for you, if u’ve still got ne open bits or split stitches i’d stay on ye front til they’re healed xxx

I am 3 PO and I still can’t lie on my side and its the only thing really getting to me! Well, that and not being able to go to the gym! Lol

I’m 2 weeks PO now and started lying on my side 12 days PO xx

I’ve had no pain in general, my scars are incurable really and closed nurse said they had healed amazingly, they do feel heavy wen I do lie on my side but not uncomfortable, thanks for all your helps girls hope the Boobies are all amazing xx

I’m 12 days post op been lying on my side since about day 8 x
