Hi @summerj, I was told to buy my normal back size and it feels so tight and don’t even have any boobs yet! Know they’re supposed to be tight though as they’re compression bras. My friend is 12 weeks post surgery and said the Macom is all she wore for the first 6 weeks xx

I was told to get a back bigger to make room for the swelling. I’m 32 but bought 34, 32 would of been so uncomfortable for me, I’d recommend getting a size bigger than what you are xxx

Think I’m going to invest in a size up too, even though nurse said to stick to normal size as everyone says that you’re so swollen at first! Xx

I stuck to my normal size of 32 and can honestly say I haven’t had any problems with it (I’m 2 weeks PO). It supports me so well and so easy to get on and off. I got one in red and one in black, I’d definitely recommend them but know it’s each to their own xx

I bought a few bras and took all of them to my BA yesterday (including a macom one) but the surgeon picked a 34E which is two or maybe even two and a half capsizes smaller than what I was aiming for so it is really tight!!! You’ll be fine with macom x
