Hi , did anyone that purchase one of these find that they had to up a back size at all ?
I was told by them that you don’t need to as the swelling wouldn’t be there , but have since been told by ladies on here and at the hospital that they do advise you go up a back size as the swelling does affect you around that area . So just wanted to know if any one found this with the macom bra as they are not cheap to buy

hi ruth, I bought my normal high street back size for my macom bra after my ba. but i think that if you are going for really big implants like up to ff then it may be sensible going a size up. or just give them a ring and ask? btw I loveed the macom bra, it is worth the money imo as those other sports bras aren’t great 😉

I just brought my usual back size and it stretched with me as the swelling went up & down. In hindsight though I would probably buy a bigger back size if I ever have another ba xoxo
I had a macom, surgeon & pc told me to get normal back size in macom as there designed for after surgery so stretch with u but normal high street sports bras etc to go up a back size. I wore my macom for the first 2 weeks constant (except when it was being washed) as it was so comfy! I no longer wear it so if any1 wishes to buy it? It’s a medium xx
Thanks for replays . I’m just finding it quite tight around my back . Anyone know how long the swelling lasts as mine are still very hard and swollen . I had opp ten days ago , am I just being impatient ? X
I am 12 days now Hun, still swollen on one breast and in the cleavage a bit but they have started softening now. I’m not sure how long swelling lasts I guess it’s different for each people. It’s just a waiting game lol 🙂 xx
