Macom bra at night

Hey girls, I’m 8 weeks post op and I wear normal bras during the day but I still wear my macom every night in bed, do I still have to do this or am I just being conscious xx

you can wear macom it in the night or you can put sports bra on. However you still need some support during the night, untill 12 weeks check up.x
