    Is it ok to sleep without my macom bra on? I’m 4 days po and still have strapping on which is making me feel like my chest is caving in when I try ans sleep with strapping and bra on, I just wanna take it off and breathe!!

    Your strapping is acting as a bra so you will be fine xx

    Ive only just put my sports bra on today.. Nurse put it on for me when she took my strapping off at MYA Birmingham. Had my op last Wed.
