Hello, im normally a band size 28/30 but am getting 350cc implants which should take me up to a D size hopefully im currently an A. Should I get an XS sized macom bra which is 28-30 or get a size up because of the size of my implants and get a S which is a size 32??

I’d definitely say get the S. I got my normal band size and found the it rolled up and dig into my incisions because of the swelling. If you order from Macom you can try it on first to make sure it’s not massive and they’ll exchange it if necessary. I’ve just done a blog post about the Macom which you may find helpful.
