Macom Bra Tightness

Just curious how tight you have your Macom bra? I’m 1 day post op & it’s on the tightest latch out of two, should I keep it this way? Or does it squish them too much? How do people tend to wear them?

I’m exact same! It feels so tight and the bra is rolling up. I know they need to be supported but they look flat when I take my bra off x ????

@pinktwinkletoes Ahh I’m assuming tighter is better? But then maybe give them 5 minutes breathing time here & there? I have no idea it’s only 1 day post op for me!!
