Macom bra/ tips for po/pre surgery

Hello, i am booked to have my ba on 29th of nov, i am having a daycase at highgate.
Was just wondering if any one has any tips about the day of the operation or aftercare i may need/want to know?
Also i currently wear a 36 b bra, and was wondering if anyone knew what size macom bra i would need for post surgery? As i noticed you cant buy it in usual bra sizes.
I am having 460cc implants (hoping to be a large dd)
Any info will be great.

Hi i had 460cc under the muscle on Saturday (19th Nov). I would just get one from Asda first as you have no idea what size you will be – I got a 36E (I was a 34B before surgery) and am wearing that now, going to leave it a couple of days and then get a Macom one when I know what size I will need as still not sure! xxx
