Macom bra uncomfortable is m and s better?

Hi I’m 6 days post op and my macom bra is so itchy and uncomfortable! It’s around the bottom and where my bra sits on my back is just so itchy! And the bra is really tight, it’s leaving huge marks around my ribs ect… and as I have another 5 weeks of wearing a surgery bra I was looking at m and s ones as I’ve seen these are a bit comfier, but I don’t understand what size to buy?? My macom is a small but obviously m and s do it in cup sizes as well. I was a 28AA and I have had 350cc under muscle high profile if that helps at all. Thankyou for any help

My surgeon told me to get 38DD in M&S bra I was a 38A pre surgery, I find it very comfortable I also bought one on Amazon which few ladies recommended on here it’s called Yianna I got L even my nurse I saw for my post op said that it looks really good and asked for details so she could tell other ladies who had BA xx

Your patient coordinator will be able to tell you what cup size to get. When I asked mine she also said to make sure to get a band size bigger to accommodate the swelling which might be why yours feels tight. I’m a 34B but I bought an M&S post op bra size 36F, a band size bigger and the cup size my PC told me I needed for 450cc implants so your best bet is to buy one that is a 30 and not a 28 until your swelling goes down and you’ve healed more. x
