My surgeon didn’t recommend them! I totally recommend a crop top or wireless bra from h&m or primark! I still use it to this day! If you want your breast tissue to accept your implants and get soft you have to treat them as natural boobs as much as possible and let them be! This also reduces risk of capsule contraction … Plus a crop too doesn’t press on incisions so more comfy! I’ve had 2 BAs and purchased the sports bras first time round wore it a few times and though they didn’t work for me at all so uncomfortable!
Treat them natural and they will heal better goodluck xxxx
