just sitting looking for post op bras now and asda only have one zip front and only large sizes left so they must have stopped doing them, and that is where i was going to get them from.
thinking macom or recova purely because they go with your swelling, to save me from having to buy different sizes when the swelling reduces
I have both and personally prefer Recova. They’re both comfortable (I find) but Recova is a bit more so, and more bra shaped rather than sports bra… but honestly I think it’ll be personal opinion. Macom comes lower so if your incisions are sensitive maybe get Macom as it’ll not rub as much xx
Hi, I brought macom and m&s sports bra. The m&s one rubs my incisions and is quite uncomfortable. It’s also hard to disguise under clothes whereas the macom one comes much lower and doesn’t rub. It’s more like a normal bra so you can put it under vest tops and stuff and it doesn’t look too bad. It is expensive though. If you type MYA into the discount box it takes 10% off. Xx
