Call me stupid, but what exactly is a Macom? I’ve seen a few girls talking about it on here but never been mentioned it before by my PC or surgeon?! :-/ So I’m struggling to figure out the difference…. do you need both a Macom and a sports bra? Xxx

Macom is a post surgical bra designed for BA 🙂 and it’s a completely different material as a sports bra, but you don’t necessarily have to have one. Sports bra are also good for post op. Asda have some fantastic ones too – 1 pair for £7, BARGAIN!! 😀 xx

hi tanya, easy to be confused lol! yeah a macom is a proper post-surgical bra designed for the BA – means its suuper comfy. bit more pricey than other sports bras, but worth it as its got no seams and closes at the front so was perfect after my ba. hope this helps xx
