Macom or sports bra??

Hi girls,
I’m 4 days post op and finding my macoms just unbearably uncomfortable!! I know it’s not supposed to be comfortable but just this feels pretty extreme! Will I be ok to wear the m&s sports bras already? Or are they not recommended straight after surgery? Xx
