A lot of girls swear by the macom but not everybody has them! Shop around, there are plenty out there. I had the M&S zip up, which I still sleep in now. Tesco and asda also have some for really cheap. I found the tesco ones great for when I went back to work as they’re very supportive and look discrete under clothes!
Don’t forget that they recommend you go for a band size larger than you usually wear and a cup size larger than you’re expecting to achieve after surgery! x

I’m five days PO, I purchased one Macom and have purchased my second today.
You can get them on The Macom website and if u put discount code “mybreast” u get 15% off.
Works out with discount £36.something inc delivery.
I was undecided but having spent all the money I have I wanted the best for my girls 😉
I did look to get a bra from other retailers, however although I had an idea what size I wanted to be (DD) I couldn’t be sure with swelling after surgery what size if be so didn’t know what size sports bra to buy and the benefit with a Macom is that they stretch to whatever size u swell to and it can be adjusted as u heal and swelling drops.
I intend to then keep mine to use for bed, once I’m in normal bras xx
