Macom/non wired bra

Hi ladies, had my surgery yesterday with dr jalalli, he’s absolutely great!!! Stayed overnight and got back home about 11am today and back in bed. I know I’m only 2dpo but I was just wondering, I’m currently wearing my Macom bra. When did you all start wearing a non wired/non padded normal bra?x

Hey Hun I’m 18dpo was told at my 10 day check with the nurse that you can switch to a normal non wired bra after 6 weeks. Hope you have a good recovery. X

@lindsey ahh thanks hun, do you know if it can be padded or does it have to be non wired and non padded?

also i have order a M&S sports bra, was thinking it maybe more comfortable than the macom one. the m&s sports bra is non wired and non padded, any idea if that would be fine to wear now?

I wore my m&s post op sports bra straight away and just switched between them and the Macon bra to wash them, nurse recommended them so you should be fine too 🙂 Xx
