Well before i had my implants i was a 32 but never been measured before. However i got measured at a 30 yesterday. They fitted nice and snug with all my strapping and once that was off it was a little loose but it felt okay cause it was digging into my scars

Medium which i think is a 34 back they recommend going a size bigger than your back for swelling etc
