Mad!! where do I stand??

Hi. supposed to have my post op at 2pm next tues..i have taken the full day off work..unpaid to be there…they are now trying to change it to 4pm saying something has come up. Its not convinient for me at all as i have commitments in the evening. and now i lost a days wage instead of booking half a day off. leeds isnt near me so not convinient to keep rescheduling and more time off work..they already tried to change a previous appointment on the day!!! and have never been on time….where do i stand i should surely be reembursed for the half day? fed up at been messed about when I have paid so much money xx

WORTH HAVING A RANT ABOUT IT TO THEM THO ELSE SAY THEY ARENT FOLLOWING THE STANDARDS THAT U EXPECT AND SAY SMALL CLAIMS OR CAB ONLINE? X

Hi hun im in the same boat as you all of my post ops have been in birmingham as i made sure before i had my op now they want me to go to manchester which is 3 hours away my pc was supposed to ring me last week and hasnt bothered iv spent nearly £1000 extra just on travel costs as i had to go to preston for my op we dont have this kind of money spare as this has took everything we have im self employed so wont get pay either and then theres petrol for car to get there and back.
We have a 2 year old and they cant do the days shes in nursery so i have no idea what im going to do sometimes it really does take the piss and they expect you to do all the running around considering how much we have already spent on this i think they should be a bit more considerate x

I know it takes the piss! sorry to hear that pixie! you should deffo get travel costs back?? i would mention that becky but she rang today and i got was..appointments are subject to change!! well I wouldn’t ask tp change my time the week before and expect to get what i want…she asked me if the new appointment tome was ok..wen i said it will have to be she couldnt andswer xx

We mentioned wverything to them about ours aswell and all we got was well they do late appointments lol yes we are going to drive there and back at night with a 2 year old and probs wont get back till 10ish grrrr x

Seems mya have an awful after care policy. Once they take your money they seem to lose interest. X

Exactly my point..I have never wrote a formal complaint!! I am really considering it though xx
