Making a formal complain to mya

Dose anybody no the correct details for making a complaint to mya and getting your deposit back, as i wrote a thread on here not long ago making mya aware of my situation and they have deleted it but haven’t contacted me to sort the problems thanks

Iv noticed they deleted your post and Iv had a phone call. I’ll call back later. Like I said PS and nurses are great as for everything else, not so sure. But more than happy with my surgery
