Massage

Anyone with textured implants and placed partially under the muscle, have you’s been advised to massage or not? X

Hi Jodie for textured I’ve been advised no massage x

My surgeon said it’s not necessary to vigorously massage them like you see some people pushing the implant up and down etc. He said after a few weeks I should firmly rub my boobs to help the tissues soften and relax, which did help!

I’ve just seen a few different comments about it. Didn’t think so though. Thanks girls xx

I have unders and haven’t massaged at all, I’m now 11wpo and my boobs are soft and have dropped lovely x

I have mentor 500cc hp partials and at my 3mpo check Mr Netri told me to massage them as they still hadn’t fully dropped, it wasn’t a full on massage just a gentle squeeze and roll if that makes sense? I tend to do it at night when I put my bio oil on before bed.
