Massage after op yes or no?

Well it’s taken me ten years to book the op!

When I was first researching massage after the op was recommended to help scar tissue and prevent cc but recently read something that this is recommended any more and can actually cause problems..

Does anyone know?

Massage is recommended for saline implants so basically American girls xx

Don’t massage unless surgeon has advised you to, make sure you ask and go for the 340 xxx

Youve got to be realy careful how you lie down if youre getting a massage post op :/ Maybe best to wait until you are healed properly. If someone does it thats not really clinically experienced in that field they could do damage to the healing process and your implants x
