Massaging

Hey guys, I read somewhere that massaging your bobs after you’ve had them done is a must? I’m 3 weeks po and not sure if I’m meant to be doing it now? If so they are still so so tender what kind of massaging are you meant to do on them? Xx

I asked about this at my post op appointment and my nurse said mya don’t tell you to massage as it can cause some damage to your breasts as their healing, I can’t remember what she said it was now sorry, hope this helps xx

I was also wondering about this! I haven’t been told to do it or not too but my friends where been told to massage theirs when they had them done x

It’s confusing, I’m sure I read on one of the leaflets to start massaging them just don’t know when to actually start! Xx

I think it depends on the implants ie if they are smooth or textured. I haven’t had mine yet so not 100% but I think textured implants don’t need massaging
