Massaging?

So who has been told to massage? When and how often? When I asked my nurse about massage she looked at me blankly but some of my friends were told to do it! X

Me I do every day ! I use bio oil and give them a good firm squeeze .
I got Leaflet from my surgeon x

I’m starting to worry as not been told anything about this! X

I wasn’t told a thing about massaging either! And have also read of others that were told to do it and given a leaflet from their surgeon. It seems all advise is very different from surgeon to surgeon?? X
