Has anyone been told by their surgeons to massage their boobs after surgery, and if so how many weeks after do you start doing it?
Mine are still really tight, and hoped this might help.x
I asked my surgeon about this (mr Singh) an he said he doesn’t recommend it at all as it doesnt have any benefit and can sometimes do more harm than good :/ . Not sure if that’s the answer other people have gotten but that’s what I was told. Xxxx
Now i was told it could do no damage and it simply encourages and implant and muscle to soften and settle! I was told start slowly massaging them at 3weeks! :/ so much contradicting information! xx
