Massaging boobs?!

I’m now 3month post op and just seen my surgeon yesterday who said I can finallly wear proper bras! No more sports bras!
But he said I need to massage my scars to help the healing?
Does anyone else do this and if so do you use cream? And what sort?!

Hi that’s fab news! My surgeon tells me to just use e45 or a simple Nivea moisturiser rather than scar oils etc.. he much prefers them apparently! And seems to be working well too. I’m 5 wpo and have been massaging them since 2 weeks… I’ll see if I can upload a pic xx

Sorry, no dates on these but the last two pics were taken this week and the first two when I had my dressings taken off! I’ve used e45 so far and seems to be working 🙂 xx
