Medical records??

Hey just wondered if anyone had to pay a fee to there GP for medical records my GP are charging me £90 :/ x

I didn’t pay. £90!!! Mya asked my gp if there was any reason I couldnt have surgery and the said no, there was nothing stopping me. And that was it. That’s a disgrace! I bet your will p****ed! X

had to pay £25 and its taken 4days for her to even sign a letter, had a nightmare with mine. x

I am very pis**ed it was the attitude when I called my GP office and was told in a round about way “if I can afford the op I can afford £90” x

i had the same, they sent the letter, and the gp’s response was, i dont need to reply to this as its not nhs x

I don’t know I just think it’s extortionate I guess I’ll have no choice but to pay it x

Did anyone request the records or did mya do it on your behalf? X

my med records i dont thin kwere even requested – if they were i know nothing of it :/

Ring mya and double check they deffo need information off your doctor this is what I did and they said they didn’t need it so I didn’t pay for the doctors to look through my records x
