Good Evening Ladies. Quick question if i may???
Why do blood be requested? Mine wasnt?
Also Medical history do they look at it all? Or are they looking for something?? I have an appointment on Tuesday to meet the surgeon will they look through my medical history then when i provide NHS number?

They take a blood sample only if they need to, I had blood taken because of my mums medical history just in case, I guess they will only look at your history to get a brief outlook of any medical risks that could put you danger. I wouldn’t worry about it 🙂 xx

They will ask you your medical history then write to your GP to ask if there is any reason why you may not be a suitable candidate at this time for this surgery or a GA, bloods will only be taken if deemed neccasary from your medical history or that of your immidiate blood relatives x
