Met DR Andrea today! 250cc and nipple lift! roaund or teardrops?! reassurance!!

Hi Girls.
I met with Dr Andrea today for the first time….as soon as he had a look at me he said id need a nipple lift as ive not got much breast under my nipples which then would create a not very nice look. I fully agree and trust his judgement…just not done my research!! I should also mention I’m a 32A and only just…I still want very natural small breasts a nice full B cup would do me! Id kinda got my heart set on teardrops as its more natural looking and im scared of rounds looking too fake for me. However, as much as Dr Andrea thinks the teardrops will give me the naturalist look I desire they come with complication of flipping! and due to my active job and lifestyle not very recommended! So round implants it is! Now, Andrea and my consulatant have reassured me that even round will still achieve a nice natural look – especially at 250’s. and I do trust them just need some reassurance!! Just so so nervous they will look too fake for my taste!
Now the nipple lift! (don’t know the correct term lol!) if I’m honest I’m happy about this (despite the extra cost and pain!) but I do agree its what needs doing. Anyone kindly share their experience? scaring? loss of sensitivity? positioning?

I had dr Andrea for 275/300 HP submuscular round implants with a modified mastopexy which I think is pretty much the same as a nipple lift.
I’m now 21 days post op and all is going well. I don’t think they look fake (so far) they’re still sitting a little higher up than I’d like but I have a lot of dropping to do still.
Dr Andrea is a genius, the inscisions in the breast crease are barely noticeable already and he is such a thoughtful surgeon (came to see me after and reassured me when I was crying!). The inscisions around the nipples are more noticeable for now but healing really well and getting less noticeable every day – they initially had blue removable stitches in and there was a bit of bleeding, I was so worried they would look like a car crash forever but it’s changing now!
Nipple positioning is great, and size dr Andrea advised suits my frame perfectly. I’ve lost sensation underneath my left breast and under the right is slightly too sensitive if that makes sense but I still have sensation in and around the nipples.

As soon as i met dr andrea i knew straight away he was the surgeon i was going to go with…i dnt think he gets mentioned near enough on this forum.
I found him to be very nice man look forward to havin my boobs done even more now x

I met Dr Andrea today too and am having the same problem! He suggested either 275 or 300 cc teardrop but I’m also concerned about the flipping and the rounded looking too fake, such a big decision cause I don’t want to make a mistake!
