Met my surgeon today for consultation.. would like some advice please!

Hi ladies.
I met my surgeon today, Dr Andrea Giannitrapani who was really lovely.
He recommends that I go for either 375cc or 400cc HP or UHP under the muscle. I wasn’t expecting him to offer such big implants as I feel my boobs are tiny.. they’re a small B cup.
Anyway I suppose I just wanted to know/see anyone who went from 32B and had 400cc under the muscle?
I tried the sizers on and they all looked massive because I’m so used to not having big boobs and I also think my high necked tops don’t compliment, so I felt really big haha. But from all the reading I’ve done I seem to get the impression that most people do go for the biggest they’re offered or wish they had.
I have quite biggish hips and bum but very small frame on top so I should imagine I won’t look top heavy.. I really don’t want that. He says I can decide on HP or UHP, I’m thinking UHP as they won’t look as wide therefore won’t look top heavy??!

Sorry for the essay, it’s just such a big decision so I would like as much info as possible! Xx

I was a full B cup and had a 375cc & a 400cc HP, I wouldn’t say mine are that big and would have had bigger given the choice. Boob greed is real, so I would definitely recommend going for 400 after all there’s not much different in the two sizes.

If your frame is small at the top then I’d say go with UHP, unless you want a bit more side boob as well like I did haha.

Hi @laurajanesmith I recently had 400cc HP partials (so not fully under the muscle) and I was a 32b previously. I also used to be bottom heavy from enjoying leg day at the gym haha. I am now 3 weeks post op. I’ll attach a picture of what they look like now.

I had 450 mod plus I love them I have quite big hips n def feel more in proportion now xx

@hannahlaura and @kimberleyyj yours both look amazing! Do either of you or @littlec87 feel like they are massive or okay? My gut says go with the biggest and I think I have in my mind that I am but I’m a little worried they’ll be too big!
I suppose I’m just so used to having small boobs now I’m worried I’ll look weird.
Did you find the sizers represented what you actually do look like now you’ve had them done?

@laurajanesmith I thought they were massive when I first woke up haha! I was like omg what have I done, but now the swelling has gone I definitely wish I’d had bigger, but deep down I know that wouldn’t have been possible first time around so I’m happy that I actually have boobs now :).

I think for me the sizers felt a little bigger, actually let me go and try that same top on that I wore to that consultation and il get back to you! Xx

@laurajanesmith I think mine are probably about right for my frame as im or as big on top as bottom. However, I still get boob greed now even though I am so happy to finally have boobs. I’d suggest go with the biggest as your surgeon wouldn’t suggest something that wouldn’t look ok either.xx

I don’t feel mine are massive, I love them and ppl say they are big I just don’t see it, maybe coz I’m used to them now but I’m glad I didn’t go with smaller, if I hadn’t of been so worried about being too big I would of pushed for 500 coz they really do make me feel more in proportion xx

I measure a 34F now…. when I pick up the bra I think it’s gonna be way tobug but it fits perfect I’m 7/8weeks post op now I was a 34a/b …. I thought the biggest if be offered was 3-350 so was gobsmacked wen my surgeon had me try 500!! Xx

@laurajanesmith Sorry it took me so long, I tried it on and then lost all track of this thread!! Tbh I think the sizers did look bigger but not by much. I guess that’s normal though if you’re having partials/unders. Although I haven’t experience drop and fluff yet 🙂 xx
