Mini tummy tuck help!

Hey girls

I’ve had two kids and really want a tummy tuck, I’ve been going to the gym regularly and nothing touches my “mummy tummy” just wondered which surgeon you would recommend and has anyone got any pics of before and after? I’ve had two sections so would that affect my chances for surgery? Thanks x
