Miss shaped breasts!

Hi girls
I’m 15 days post op and I’ve noticed my left breast has started getting a weird shape , they’ve both been round until now and now one looks like it has a square side. I’ve seen pics of this on other girls but all in the first week! I’m worried why mine has suddenly gone a weird shape??? Is this just the drop and fluff process?? Please help I’m so worried it’s either going to stay like this or worse that it’s something like cc

Hi, don’t worry mine went like that too at some point. It had a flat square look at the bottom but it rounded out again, just part of the settling process they change all the time x
