Mod plus implants vs High Profile

Hi Ladies,

I am due to have my BA on 25th Jan but still a little worried I have made the wrong choice with High Profile. I am only a 32A weighing 132lb and my surgeon has suggested 260cc unders high profile. I have done my research and every post i read says high profile look fake where as Mod plus profile give a natural look. Any advice??

Hey there I had 300cc high profile unders 12 days ago, I went from a 32 a/b (flat b) I’m in a 34 c/d sports bra at the minute, when they were first done they were really high up but they have dropped a bit now and don’t look fake at all and I’m sure I’ve got many changes ie softening, dropping fluffing, in them to come over the next 6 months, but as I said its only been 12 days and they don’t look fake x

That’s good to know. I said to my surgeon I really really didnt want them to be full at the top and round. I would rather have the roundness at the bottom/side and push up with a bra! Did you have much tissue prior to surgery? I don’t want to go too small.

I didn’t have hardly any breast tissue to start off with that why I had to have unders, once the high profile implants drop and fluff they loose the upper pole fullness and become fuller at the bottom, I seen a good diagram somewhere on the net that shows u a round implant before drop and fluff and then after, it tends to take on more the shape of an anitomical implant once it drops, I think it also depends more on your frame and the size of implant, my surgeon said he wouldn’t recommend higher than the 300cc cos I had hardly any tissue and if I had went any bigger they would have looked stuck on and really round so I just went with his advice and as I said they look really natural x
