MODS AN HP!!! Help booked op!

So i had my pre op on the 31st as my op is on the 26th Jan… I have only just been told then that i am Moderate profile.. I fort i was high profile now im worrying there gnna look like flat pancakes i wanted them to be a good size atleast a DD. Now researching im panicing i wont achieve a good D looking at the implant chart. Im having 375cc an 400cc UNDERS as one is bigger than the other. Im 5’2 8stone. Currently 34b can anyone help. Literally dont know what to do now dont wnat to go ahead knowin itl be small. Xx

I think you need to do a bit more research into them tbh to put ur mind at rest.

Have a look at the chart I’ve attached which compares mod/mod+/hp in terms of width and projection, hope that helps. Fx

I have moderate plus too and only 275cc, went from an empty C to a good D. Feel free to add me as I have lots of pics on my profile, I’m 7 weeks post op now x

I’m pretty much ur stats 5’1 8stone but a 32b.. my surgeon has offered my overs.. he said cause I had enough breast tissue to cover the impant. But I really don’t want them fake looking.. how come yours are mods hun do you know or just want ur surgeon suggested? xx

My nurse on my pre op told me everything an i fort it was highprofile. The surgeon didnt explain well then. Xx

Yeah fair enough hun just don’t know why some people are offered mod and some offered high.. yeah he didn’t I asked him why overs and unders and he looked at me funny like I wasn’t allowed to ask haha or questioning his advice xx

We need to know these things lol! If you have enough breast tissue overs wilk be fine for you! But i do know what you mean by fake looking tbh alot of overs on here have looked so natural. Your surgery is day before mine!! You excited?xx

Yeah I’m so excited I just want them done now so they can drop fluff and start looking like my own haha, I think we all try and rush through the recovery stage cause we can all be quite impatient haha. I just need to start ordering post op bras now what about you? an did you ask why you was offered partial or not? I just really don’t want them to look fake or to big for my frame cause I don’t want them to make me look fat haha xx

Yes same!! I am ordering a macom bra maybe two. Not sure what other ones. I just spoke to my pc an she said as my frames small didnt want them to look like blown up on me just hope they do look like boobs want them to stick out more than they do now lol x what cc was you offered hun an what clinic is your op at x

I’m 3wks po Monday gone and really happy so far
Mod plus are wide and don’t stick out as far but everyone I’ve shown them off too reckon they look super natural.

I had mod plus because of my gap (to close it a bit more) and I was full at the bottom anyway so I think it accentuates the fullness more. If anything they look just like my natural boobs but pumped up and round at the sides which I really like. They wouldn’t have looked right on me as hp sticking more forward I would’ve looked really stupid tbh as my frame is small.

Trust your surgeon honestly and try to add more mod/ mod plus girls to your list I think it’ll really help put ur mind at ease.

Ur welcome babe and thanks so much… honestly I know it’s quite worrying to think if u make a wrong decision or why they chose something in particular. I was getting anxious cos I didn’t even know I was getting mod plus til the day of surgery even tho I’d gone back the week before to get an answer my surgeon wouldn’t budge on it

I just want this bloody strap off had it on three weeks have another three to go lol!

I swear this journey is never-ending from booking it to working out ur sos ans projection then the day..

I made a post just after my op defo have a read to help prep urself for the big day and most importantly enjoy it! Best decision ever! Annoyed I left it so long tbh but thts life! Fx

Yeah i know, every girl turns out happy in the end cant br that bad. Hope mine end up like yours! How do they look recovered some iv seen have loads of bruising an cuts, whats the secret? Im hoping for a speedy recovery lol. Also when the strapin comes off after a week or bandages do you just wear a wireless bra? Im really confused lol. Thanlyou for the advice xx

Hey Beckie, just saw ur message thanks for ur compliments babe! I only got bruising around and under one boob. I think it was due to surgery (smaller boob prob needed more force)

I had two strange water pockets under each boob on my stomach and I think it was just fluid draining away. They showed up around fay 3 amd left after a few days. I still have a little bruising but it’s fading.

Some people suggest to take arnica tablets but when I asked my surgeon she reckoned they are more effective for facial trauma/surgery. I naturally bruise very easily so I was shocked it was just the one boob. I have arnica cream at home for all my general bruises but couldn’t be bothered to try it on my boob because they were sensitive.

All I’ve done is moisturise twice a day with Tesco Organic Virgin (3 quid) and shea butter. Nothing on my incisions as they’re covered with steri strips.

I really think it comes down to how u naturally heal, the thinness of ur skin and ur diet. My surgeon is really cautious compared to most post op so my regime was different.

4 weeks shallow bath (to protect my incisions)
4 weeks sleeping upright or 2 upright min I think but I’m still upright with the help of my argos back rest best 22quid spent I tell u!
4 weeks breast band (to keep implants down and help drop)
6 weeks non wired bra (tbh I think I will just continue with this as I know implants do not fit into bras the same. I was a bra fitter at selfridges and I doubt the boning will sit on my chest properly so will just wear crop tops that have tight support on the band and straps. Marks and Spencer have some lovely soft wireless bras around 20 quid primark do a wicked seamless crop top two pack for a fiver and John Lewis have an amazing double layered crop top it fastens like a bra and has adjustable straps.. The double layer is great for the erect nipple thy will last about 3 months my nurse was property impressed by it was 15 quid).

My surgeon doesn’t like the material of macoms nor does she like the compression it puts on thr implants. She prefers a crop top style bra like calvin klein fit and style a band size higher. I just bought a sloggi from John Lewis was like ten quid on offer. It was all I needed in the first week.

Comfort for me is top priority tbh I love lingerie but I’m more concerned with how they look and the volume than my cup size as tht varies from store to store

I didn’t have strapping just large dressing tht were sticky and had hole cut out for my nipples. These came off after 7 days.

U should get a pack at ur pre op which gives u loads of advice and details everything u need to know!

I also stayed away from ibroprofen a few weeks prior to the op and have just stayed off it anyway cos it thins the blood and tht can lead to bad recovery. I drank lots of pineapple juice too as tht helps swelling.

Hey Beckie no problem! Yeh I’m really made up with them still waiting for lefty to drop a bit and both of them to fluff! I’ve hist been going lingerie and body shopping crazy lol.

Just feels really nice to know this summer and holidays to come I’ll nw able to wear things with total confidence and not be sizing up other boobs. I felt like I was a boob detective! Constantly checking other people’s boobs and comparing mine.

They will never be perfect like anything in life but I feel so much better now than I did before just wish I did it sooner tbh!

My clinic is at Preston babe and I was offered 225,250,275 and 300 but I’m going for 250cc high profile. I’ve just booked to see Dr Traynor again next week as I’m opting to have them under the muscle as I think overs will look too fake and that’s not the look I’m going for x
