more advice please

if I was to book a date now for end of October what would happen if something came up and I couldn’t make it? would I lose the 500pound deposit? or can u change the date nearer the time without losing the money? and how quick did people get in as in waiting list? xx

I was told by my clinic if I cancel a certain amount of weeks then I get a portion of it back, I would double check because each clinic is different x
