….I saw my surgeon (Mr Singh) for consultation number two yesterday and I’ve still come away unsure! I’m 5’8, size 8-10, current small 34B. After discussions, he recommended 335CC overs and now I’m worried they’ll be too small! I definitely want to achieve a D cup! Perhaps I went on at him too much about how I want them natural and I think I would be disappointed with a C. Can I ask them to order me larger implants, just as an option on the big day, without me having to have another consultation? My op is 27th. Gosh, this boob stuff takes over your thoughts, eh?! 😉

I really don’t think they’ll be too small especially as you’re already a B.. But depends if you’d rather be bigger than expected than smaller maybe go bigger. But I doubt he’d suggest it if it wouldn’t achieve what you wanted?

You’re probably right Sophie – I’m sure he would have recommended that size taking into account everything I said I wanted. In hindsight I was just worried that I’d babbled on a bit much about how I didn’t want the fake look, therefore making him play safe and giving me something a bit smaller! I might email my PC and see what she says about ordering me a different size as an option on the day (although going from past experience, it’s 50/50 that she’ll reply!) xx

if your unsure definitely ask to order the next size up! remember your paying for this so make sure your happy! I was going to have 385 but had doubts so got my pc to order me the 415 which he did offer but I done this without seeing him (I went with another company though) so glad I had the 415 now! I was a C cup im now an E-F but don’t worry too much as youl definitely achieve a D with 335 xx

Hi ladies, I am also so torn on size! I don’t want to be too big and trying to decide whether to go under or over. Dr chantrasak suggested 385 over or 415 under…I’m worried the 415 is going to be too big but really think I would be happier under the muscle..what’s your thoughts girls?? Xx

    I’m in the same boat!
Having my 3RD consultation tonight.. Op is on tuesday, i’m in two minds as i love the look of 345 cc on girls who were orginalloy 32 b -c. So i should have implants on the 365-385 mark I guess?! Time will tell in a few hours my definite decision! 🙂 So Caz another consultation would be sensible think to do, have a feel of the bigger implants! See if you feel comfortable xxx

Lucy – do you think maybe 385 over and 415 under would come out reasonably similar? I think they take into account that they usually end up bigger if they’re overs. It’s all quite confusing as I know the cc’s just can’t decide the cup size – I’m just going to trust my surgeon I think! 10,000 BA’s under his belt, he’s gotta know a thing or too! 🙂

Id go bigger rather than smaller hun!! Make sure u get it right and don’t worry about asking to meet ur patient co ordinator and surgeon again, or maybe a different surgeon?? I got mine done 3 years ago and only got 350, over, and im getting mine done again in December, ALOT of money!!! I think people worry so much about not wantin them being too big that they don’t think about them being too small! I was an A, and a C/D now, but I got teardrop so fill the bottom of my bra but not the top, that’s my main prob 🙁 xxxx
