Morning boob!!

So I have noticed a few posts on here before about morning boob…but my god girls you weren’t joking were you. I’ve woken up 2 mornings in a row now sooo uncomfortable and tight! Whats the reason for this? I know i haven’t moved in my sleep as I’m still in the exact same position I went to sleep in. Just find this sooo strange and annoying. Any tips would be greatly appreciated

It’s soooo annoying and really painful! My nurse said it will get better but this morning was the worst it’s been!

When did you have your op hun? I just can’t wait to feel normal…I guess it’s all sort and parcel of recovery but it’s not nice 🙁 xx

Monday! Yeah it’s such a weird pain isn’t it!
Worst thing is having to ask my mum to do everything for me!
Hopefully they settle soon and we can appreciate our boobs ha! Xx

As uncomfortable it is just try to move around a bit…..dont stay still too much simply because it makes it worst. It will ease off soon xxx

Aw I have been hun, strait up. And walking around. Bring on strapping off…cant bloody wait! Xxx
